Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Heather founded Catalytic Creative in 2016 as a home for breakthrough trailers and promos for the entertainment industry.
Heather has deep roots in the creative community having worked at E!, The WB, CBS, Amazon Prime and the FOX Network. At FOX, she was Creative Director where she launched many of their biggest hits. Heather originally hails from the Boston area, and is known to belt out a tune (or two) on any occasion she can. But despite all her success, her mother still claims the biggest “get” as "The woman who once kissed Captain America, Chris Evans in community theater".

Brian Dollenmayer
Chief Creative Officer
Brian joined forces with Heather in relaunching Catalytic Creative as a full-service creative agency in 2020. Prior to that, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Tribune Studios and WGN America where he was tasked with launching their original series and network rebrand. Brian spent nearly two decades at the FOX Network (with Heather) where he rose through the ranks to become the EVP Of Creative Marketing and Operations, leading the creative vision of the network for 10 seasons. Brian is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He is an avid sports fan, a music junkie, and a drummer just waiting for his shot at the rock star life.
